This coffee is harvested following a strict ripeness criteria, exposed to an aerobic fermentation for 30 hours after being pulped then dried in raised beds to ideal moisture content.
This microlot is 100% Caturra. This varietal originated from Minas Gerais, Brazil and is a natural mutation of Red Bourbon. Caturra varietal produces more coffee and is more resistant to disease than Bourbon.
