Mother's Day Giveaway 2024 - Terms and Conditions

Organised by Espresso Workshop Coffee Roasters | 4/228 Orakei Road, Remuera, Auckland

Giveaway entries start 18th April and finishes midnight 8th May

  • Order two or more boxes of pods and go into the draw to win a Morning Machine
  • Two boxes count as one entry, eg. if you order 10 boxes of pods - that's five entries
  • Subscriptions count towards an entry provided there are two or more boxes per order
  • This giveaway will be run online only, purchasing pods at our Britomart espresso bar or retailers will not be considered for the giveaway
  • The email that is entered to create the order is where we will contact the winner
  • If the winner does not respond to the winning notification email within 32 hours, the prize will be passed onto the first alternative winner who will equally have 32 hours to get it touch with us.

By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you order two or more pods and do not wish to be part of the giveaway, let us know in your order notes.

This giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand only and will be selected at random on 8th May. The winner will be notified on or after this date.

Employees of Espresso Workshop Coffee Roasters are not eligible to enter.

Instagram, Machine Ltd and Morning are in no way affiliated or involved in the giveaway.

Each time you order two or more boxes of pods, your name will be added to a spreadsheet which corresponds to a number. The prize will be awarded to a selected winner using a random number generator.

Espresso Workshop Coffee Roasters will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Espresso Workshop Coffee Roasters takes no responsibility for any entries which are delayed, illegible, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be transferred or exchanged to credit or cash.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Espresso Workshop Coffee Roasters, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
