SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver to most residential, business and rural addresses in New Zealand via our courier partner (NZ Post). Due to COVID-19 restrictions and to keep everyone safe, all deliveries under $1000 do not require a signature - if you would like us to add Signature Required to your parcel, let us know in the Checkout notes.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Orders placed by 1.00pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day provided stock is on hand. For most urban locations, your coffee order is "targeted" to be delivered by 5pm the next weekday after it has been dispatched. Please note however that delivery may be delayed during periods of high volume courier activity and during extreme weather events. Rural deliveries generally take 3 days to be delivered after the order has been dispatched.

CLICK & COLLECT
Alternatively, you can opt to collect your parcel at the Roastery or at any of our espresso bars free of charge (click here for locations). The default collection location will be from the Roastery unless you state otherwise on the "Special Instructions" section prior to checkout.
If you are unable to collect your parcel during the day, Roastery collections can be done via the Ampersand Eatery staff after 5pm (Wednesday - Sunday).
We aim to fulfill orders within 24 hours, Monday - Friday (between 8:30am - 4:00pm). An email will be sent to you when your purchase is ready for collection.
Pre-orders are for items that are not available and/or are currently sold out from our physical/online shops.
Shipment is based on an estimated shipping schedule. We can estimate the shipping progress of your order but we cannot issue an exact date and time of its delivery due to shipping considerations that are beyond our control.
Any products that are for Pre-Order will have a dispatch estimate on the product description of the website.
Once the products have landed and received by our team, you will be informed via the email address that you provided. We will have your order packed within 24 - 48 hours of its arrival and dispatch for delivery.
While we hope that your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that there are occasions where you may need to return items to us.
Please return your product within 30 days of receipt of the product and provide a proof of purchase. Please specify whether you would like an exchange, credit or a refund.
Goods are returned to Espresso Workshop at your own expense unless the item is faulty. If you are returning items to us via courier, please ensure all items are packaged securely.
Please note that Espresso Workshop are not responsible for the damage or loss of items being returned.
You may exchange any items within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide proof of purchase such as a receipt or order number.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Our Roastery team takes great care checking all orders to ensure the goods meet our quality standards and that we are sending you exactly what you asked for. However, if you do receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement with free delivery.
Please be aware that general wear and tear of products, or a change of mind, does not constitute an exchange, credit or refund. We will replace or repair any goods deemed to be faulty but if we are unable to do this, a refund will be provided.
