Gift Vouchers - Terms & Conditions

 

• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry.
• If there are items that need to be returned and were purchased with a gift voucher, the balance will be credited and to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
• Espresso Workshop reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem the action necessary such as suspicion of fraud.

 

ONLINE SHOP GIFT VOUCHERS

• Online gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
• Online gift vouchers cannot be redeemed at any of our physical espresso bars including but not limited to the Britomart Pl branch and Ōrākei roastery.

ESPRESSO BAR GIFT VOUCHERS

• Espresso bar gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
• Espresso bar gift vouchers can only be redeemed at the Espresso Workshop branch outlined on the voucher. eg. Britomart gift vouchers cannot be redeemed at the roastery.
