The following areas will be experiencing delivery delays due to high winds and heavy rain:

North Island: Wellington and Wairarapa (south of Carterton)

South Island: Canterbury and Marlborough (including Kaikōura)

Our courier partner has temporarily suspended deliveries in these regions for safety reasons. Normal service will resume as soon as conditions improve and it’s safe for drivers to be back on the roads.

Please expect a delay of 1 - 2 business days for your package.
