The Bruer® Fine Coffee Filter Dispersion Disc is a reusable stainless steel filter designed to enhance your brew by replacing disposable paper filters. With hundreds of precision-cut holes, it allows a small amount of natural oils and micro grounds to pass through, producing a richer, bolder cup with a full body. Unlike paper filters that absorb oils and strip flavour, the Dispersion Disc preserves the depth, sweetness, and aroma of your coffee.

STANDARD DISC: Slightly thicker grade than the Fine, more rigid and difficult bend, the standard disc yields a fuller cup as it allows more oils into the cup due to the slightly larger hole diameter. 

FINE DISC: The fine disc produces a very sweet and clean cup, retains a lot more of the fines than the standard especially once you have adapted your brewing style to suit the slightly restricted flow.
